Families across the coast and along the Columbia are paying too much for housing, groceries, childcare, and healthcare. Meanwhile, giant corporations and Jim Walsh's donors are posting record profits. Our economy should work for our families, that's why Kevin will fight to: crack down on unfair price hikes, lower prescription drug costs, expand affordable childcare, and build more housing so working families can afford to live here. While Kevin focuses on the real economic struggles facing families, Jim Walsh spends his time chasing national political fights instead of delivering results for people here at home. Working families don't need political theatrics, they need results.

The communities of the Washington coast should be thriving. We have ports, natural resources, hardworking people, and proud communities with deep roots. But for too long, Olympia has overlooked our region and our current representative has been more focused on partisan battles than building our economy. Kevin Moynihan will fight to: invest in port infrastructure and trade, expand apprenticeships and skilled trades programs, support sustainable forestry and fishing jobs, and bring new manufacturing and clean energy jobs to our region. Kevin believes the next generation should be able to build a good life here at home.

Every child in the 19th District deserves a great education, no matter where they live. Kevin Moynihan will fight for: funding for rural and coastal schools, competitive pay for educators, career and technical education pathways, modern school facilities and technology Instead of investing in solutions, politicians like Jim Walsh often focus on divisive culture-war fights that do nothing to improve classrooms. Kevin believes education policy should focus on students, teachers, and opportunity instead of political distractions.

The people of the 19th District deserve a representative focused on solving problems. Instead, our current representative has spent years fueling partisan outrage and national political fights. Jim Walsh — who also serves as chair of the Washington State Republican Party — has repeatedly prioritized ideological battles over delivering real solutions for the communities he represents.
